Alterra Pavana

We designed this show home in Pavana as the interior design partner, working closely with the project architects. The brief was to create a fresh take on the region’s typical villa aesthetic, with a clear Scandinavian influence and an emphasis on clean lines, lightness, and functionality. Envisioned as a second home, the interiors needed to feel easy to arrive to, easy to live in, and easy to maintain, while developing a design language that could be adapted across 13 similar villas.

Set across two levels on a sloping site, the villa is planned around lake views, with living spaces on the upper floor and bedrooms below for added privacy. Flexible planning includes an open and closed kitchen, and a compact TV room designed to convert into an extra bedroom.
