IDFC Institute

Designed for IDFC Institute, an economic think tank, this 2000 square foot office reflects the organisations values while making collaboration feel effortless. The existing space was dark and fragmented into dated cabins, so our approach was to introduce clarity, light, and a balanced mix of open, private, and semi private work zones. Instead of adopting a generic hotdesking model, we created flexible cabins that function as focused workspaces, meeting rooms, or temporary offices, offering both continuity and privacy. Custom furniture was fabricated off site for quality, with joinery designed to be dismantled and relocated. Thoughtful lighting, material choices, and colour helped the space feel brighter, calmer, and larger than its footprint.
