Apartment 81

This waterfront home was reimagined from a fragmented layout into a cohesive, calm space. With multiple entrances and awkward circulation, the apartment was fully gutted and rebuilt to create clarity, flow, and connection throughout. The design focuses on simplicity—neutral tones, natural materials, and an honest, restrained palette. Certain elements were oriented toward the sea, reinforcing a connection to the waterfront, with lighting carefully planned to support both daily living and the display of art and books. A continuous wall-ceiling finish and unified flooring enhance spaciousness, while warm oak adds softness.
